How it works:

For small businesses we run a season of games over a 6 month period. We have 3 seasons to choose from.

A group of players is made up of 5 teams of 3 players per team. Each team runs its own company in competition with the others. There is also a team of "elders" with a lot of business experience who form the "Brains Trust". They are there to advise and provide help if you need it.

Over a season, we get together once a month to play the board-game.

The game changes each time, taking on a different topical issue. One month you may deal with the recession and the next month you may have new employment legislation to deal with.

Each company also has an opportunity to bring a case-study or real world problem to the group for discussion. We spend time exploring the issue and provide that team with practical solutions to the problem.
