12:30    Lunch (Working lunch – Discuss a case study from one of the organisations present)

Although the day is a complete workshop, you will achieve the most benefit from attending the whole programme, which is scheduled as 6 workshops over a 6 month period. Each month deals with a slightly different dynamic.
