Craig Leith has extensive experience in assisting individuals and teams in both public and private sector organisations. He combines personal managerial experience with international best practice in a way that catalyses the best in those he interacts with.

He has guided others in the area of leadership and organisational development for 15 years. Craig has worked as a consultant and trusted advisor with a number of organisations in South Africa, New Zealand and Australia.
Craig has also performed sector co-ordination roles in leadership and education, most notably in his appointment as Chairperson of SAQA National Standards Body for Services as well as being a board director of TETASA.
More recently, Craig designed and facilitated the leadership learning that resulted in the 2008 IPANZ runner-up award for “excellence in people capability” to Land Transport NZ. This required ongoing work with 140 managers across the organisation over a two year period.
The wide range of roles that Craig has held includes Director of Teamworks Pacific, Instructional Design Manager at Accenture, Operations Manager at HITB and Executive Consultant for NQ Systems Development.
Craig has a B Com in Business and Economics as well as an Honours Degree in Human Resource Development. He is a registered assessor through “Professional Conversation” and is accredited to use a number of psychometric instruments.
Although he is well versed in leadership and managerial theory, it is his orientation to practical action that clients value most.
Craig enjoys the simple things in life like a good movie, a good book, long walks on the beach and hitting the New Zealand ski slopes.
